Hidden Roads Project (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a collector and exotic car dealer in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form on this site:

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your request: details about a car you want to sell, a car you're hunting for, or a specific vehicle you're asking about, including any message, vehicle details, and (on the sell form) any photos you choose to upload.
• Marketing preference: whether you checked the box to receive occasional emails from us.
• Mailing-list signup: your email address, if you join our list through the signup form in the footer.

We do not ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial/credit information through this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, sell request, or car search.
• To contact you about a vehicle or your request.
• To send occasional updates (new arrivals, cars we're hunting), only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

• Form delivery: what you send goes straight to our own system, and a notification of it goes to Google Workspace, where we read and answer it.
• Website hosting: the site and what you send us are hosted on Railway.
• Inventory: our listings are powered by AutoManager, our dealer inventory system.
• Advertising: Google, which tells us how our ads are performing. See Cookies below.
• Email updates: if you join our mailing list, or check the “keep me posted” box on a form, your name and email address are stored with Mailchimp, our email provider, and used only to send you our updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

If you click “Get Pre-Approved” / Financing, you'll be taken to a separate company, DigitalAutoFi, which collects any financing information directly under its own privacy policy and security. We don't receive or store that data.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and embedded content

We advertise with Google, and every page on this site carries Google's advertising tag. It sets cookies that let Google tell us how many people who saw one of our ads went on to visit the site or send us an enquiry, and it may be used to show you our ads elsewhere. It tells us how our advertising is performing in the aggregate; it doesn't tell us who you are. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy, and you can turn this kind of advertising off in your Google Ad Settings or by using your browser's tracking protection.

Some pages also include content loaded from other companies (for example, web fonts, vehicle photos, and embedded YouTube videos), and those providers may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your request, do business with you, and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete it (see below).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have specific rights to access or delete your data, and we'll honor those requests.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
