Hidden Roads Project (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a collector and exotic car dealer in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

The short version
  • We only collect the contact and car details you choose to give us through our forms.
  • We use them to reply to you, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates.
  • We don't sell your information.
  • We don't collect payment details, Social Security numbers, or financial data on this site.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form on this site:

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Your request — details about a car you want to sell, a car you're hunting for, or a specific vehicle you're asking about, including any message, vehicle details, and (on the sell form) any photos you choose to upload.
  • Marketing preference — whether you checked the box to receive occasional emails from us.

We do not ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial/credit information through this website.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry, sell request, or car search.
  • To contact you about a vehicle or your request.
  • To send occasional updates (new arrivals, cars we're hunting) — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

  • Form delivery — submissions reach us through Basin, a form-processing service.
  • Website hosting — the site is hosted on Railway.
  • Inventory — our listings are powered by AutoManager, our dealer inventory system.

If you click “Get Pre-Approved” / Financing, you'll be taken to a separate company, DigitalAutoFi, which collects any financing information directly under its own privacy policy and security — we don't receive or store that data.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and embedded content

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include content embedded from other companies — for example, a Google Map showing our location — and those providers may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your request, do business with you, and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete it (see below).

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have specific rights to access or delete your data, and we'll honor those requests.

We use industry-standard measures, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
