The engine was assembled by Competition Engineering in Arizona in 2009.
The engine utilizes an AutoLinea aluminum case and has been fitted with a Garrett turbocharger, an XS Power intercooler, a Turbosmart wastegate and dual-stage boost controller, a Snow Performance methanol injection kit, an external oil cooler, an extended capacity oil sump, dual Dellorto DRLA carburetors, and MSD ignition with boost retard.

The fiberglass bodywork is mounted to a tubular steel frame and is finished in silver. Exterior details include a driver's helmet fairing, gold-finished Porsche and Spyder badging, a GT-style mirror, mesh headlight grilles, Wendler fender badges, a Le Mans-style fuel filler, and a dual-grille engine cover with leather hold-down straps.
